About Us
Wilson Consultancy provides specialist training, consultancy and reflective practice that helps organisations build safer, more compassionate and inclusive services.
Founded by Leighanna Wilson, a former Probation Officer and the Single Point of Contact for Serious Group Offending in Newham, the consultancy was created from a deep understanding of how trauma, inequality and system pressures affect both service users and professionals.
Drawing on lived experience and frontline expertise, Wilson Consultancy bridges the gap between policy, practice and people — offering evidence-informed, trauma-aware support that promotes wellbeing, accountability and inclusion.
